Al Policicchio

The principal of AP Enterprises, Al Policicchio has been in the building, construction and property management business for 33 years. He has been personally responsible for managing the construction of hundreds of homes and handling the renovation of countless apartments and condominium projects. Over the years, he has overseen residential renovation projects small and large, and worked with international homebuilders as well as local property management firms. Al has been called as an expert witness numerous times in legal proceedings. He also has a proven track record of locating, negotiating and developing raw ground into single family home lots and completed, profitable subdivisions. He is a certified housing and home inspector with trade experience in heating, A/C, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical.
